The European Commission previously provided a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Our platform is exclusively directed at businesses; disputes between entrepreneurs are not subject to consumer dispute resolution.
