No entry in the commercial register exists; a VAT identification number pursuant to § 27 a of the German VAT Act will be provided on request. Invoices stating the applicable VAT are issued on written request.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Our platform is exclusively directed at businesses; disputes between entrepreneurs are not subject to consumer dispute resolution.
