Is everything running?
This page queries the real components on every load. Not a hand-maintained light that someone forgets to switch back after an outage.
Components
Every row is an actual measurement, not a self-declaration.
Services
Background jobs
Background jobs run on a fixed schedule. What is reported is how long ago the last successful run was - if a job stops running it shows as down here, even while the application itself is fine.
Incidents
Every incident with noticeable impact is recorded here, including short ones. With the cause and the change that prevents a repeat.
That does not mean “nothing ever happened”. It means: since this page went live there has been no incident with noticeable impact. As soon as there is one it appears here, even if it lasted minutes.
How we handle incidents
- Every incident with noticeable impact is logged here, regardless of duration.
- We write what failed, not what was “potentially affected”.
- Affected customers get an email as soon as an incident passes 30 minutes.
- After resolution we add the cause and the change that prevents a repeat.
- We do not promise an uptime figure we do not measure. Binding commitments are part of enterprise contracts.
Something broken for you while this page says normal?
Then it is a case our measurement does not cover. Tell us - that is the single most useful report we can get.
